Obama defends a ‘deeply embarrassed’ Tom Daschle over tax lapses

Where’s the example? If the people in Obama’s camp can’t set the example then who will? Where’s the leadership?

Citibank Top Donor to Obama Inauguration

Employees of Citibank, which received $45 billion in rescue funds in the federal bailout, have contributed the most to Barack Obama’s inauguration fund — at least $113,000 as of Wednesday.

Citigroup employees also gave $586,000 to Obama during the 2008 election cycle.

There have been more scandals (swept under the rug) before Obama has gotten into office than with all of the scandals in the Bush administration, it seems. Like I’ve been saying – hold on tight. This is going to be a rough ride because the media will show that Obama can do no wrong. They’re going to keep covering up for him… for a while at least.

Richardson Says Withdrawing Nomination Was ‘My Idea’

New Mexico Gov. Bill Richardson declines to answer questions about the specifics of the investigation into possible ‘pay-to-play’ schemes with a government contractor but insists it was his decision to withdraw his nomination to be commerce secretary.

Is this a foreshadowing of what’s to come? We have the Blagojevich scandal and now another possible scandal with Governor Richardson before Obama even makes it to office.

Hold on, it’s going to be a bumpy ride. The predictions are that the U.S. may go bankrupt and Russian professors predict the fall of the U.S.:

I don’t believe it but with this radical Obama guy at the helm, it’s possible. Will Obama go down in history as the “First Black President”or the “Last U.S. President” – I hope the former.
