He’s complaining more about how he got handed a bad deal from Bush. That’s very immature and yeah, childish. Not Presidential at all. Pretty embarassing, too.

• Obama knew what he was getting into when he took office.
• Obama knew what he was getting into when he signed the stimulus bills.
• Obama was in Congress for 2 years during the Bush Presidency with his party having a majority.

Why, exactly, is he complaining?? Did he not understand what he was walking into? He should have and if he couldn’t handle it, he shouldn’t have taken the job.

Obama, please man up and be an American President. Grow a pair and quit your baby whining. Please. I didn’t vote for you but you’re still my President and represent my country (I’m not sure if it’s your country but it is mine). Presidents don’t blame their predecessor after being in office 6 months. They take control like a man, take the hits like a man and conquer the situation like a man. Come on.

Obama health care fabrications exposed by fact-checking (www.examiner.com)

The more Obama talks about his health care reform program, the more inconsistencies are being found by fact-checkers. The basic facts about coverage, cost and who foots the bill that he touts are being challenged by independent organizations who have begun to expose the fabrications. The inconsistencies by Obama between his rhetoric and reality are becoming more obvious every time he opens his mouth trying to fend off criticism of his health care proposals.

He said that the U.S. spends 50 percent more per capita on health care than the next most expensive country. Not quite. We spend 20 percent more than the second most expensive country, and 50 percent more than the third.

He’s really losing on healthcare. The more he tries, the worse he does. Democrats are turning on him. This won’t get signed on Obama’s timetable. Fail.

Morning Bell: Obama Admits He’s “Not Familiar” With House Bill (www.heritage.org)

With the public’s trust in his handling of health care tanking (50%-44% of Americans disapprove), the White House has launched a new phase of its strategy designed to pass Obamacare: all Obama, all the time. As part of that effort, Obama hosted a conference call with leftist bloggers urging them to pressure Congress to pass his health plan as soon as possible.

During the call, a blogger from Maine said he kept running into an Investors Business Daily article that claimed Section 102 of the House health legislation would outlaw private insurance. He asked: “Is this true? Will people be able to keep their insurance and will insurers be able to write new policies even though H.R. 3200 is passed?” President Obama replied: “You know, I have to say that I am not familiar with the provision you are talking about.” (quote begins at 17:10)

He’s not really lying but he’s not telling the truth because he doesn’t know the truth. But not knowing the truth and portraying that you do – now that’s lying. So… LIAR!

I’m hearing things like if this doesn’t go through, then Obama is sunk. Already? It has only been 6 months!

I wonder what the threshold is for promising change (not specifying change in which direction) and not coming through with good change. I think we’re getting close… very close.

Presidential Fundraising Trips Leave Taxpayers With Hefty Tab

President Obama left Tuesday for a two-day fundraising tour in Las Vegas and Los Angeles. The Democratic National Committee is expected to pick up part of the cost, but if history is any gauge, taxpayers will pick up most of the tab.

The economy is in the tank and Obama is fundraising. Hmm. If Bush pulled anything like this, you’d be hearing about it everywhere and he’d be getting slammed left and right.
