Yeah, how did U.S. Secretary of Homeland Security Janet Napolitano get her job? She doesn’t seem very qualified – like many of the Democrats Obama has hand selected: The border for dummies (www.nationalpost.com) Is this Obama’s “change”? Hire incompetant people?
